Ray – Age 65 – Lost 45 Pounds

Dear Jumpstart, thank you and your team for your incredible support and advice in helping me to achieve my weight loss and to find a path to a healthier, happier life.

Your program works miracles and does so with a speed that I never imagined possible. One of the incredible benefits of Jumpstart is that I was able to have significant weight loss in a very short time. This success not only made me feel better about myself but gave me inspiration and a belief that I could reach my goals. In a month’s time I had lost between fifteen to twenty pound and by the end of six months I had lost an amazing fifty pounds.

I now weigh less than I have in over twenty years. My waist size has gone from 40 inches to 33 inches. The most incredible result, though, is that my cholesterol dropped from a total of 238 to 142 and my total cholesterol to HDL ratio is now normal at 3.5. My primary care physician simply could not believe my test results. Not only has my cholesterol improved but my blood pressure readings changed from 140/85 with medication to 115/68 without any medication.

These health improvements were beyond my wildest expectations! Furthermore, since going on maintenance, I haven’t gained a pound despite holidays and significant travel.

I look better, feel better and have a pride in myself that I haven’t had for years. Everyone that I know is amazed by my transformation. In addition to looking better and feeling better I have a new confidence and self-esteem that expresses itself in everything that I do.
