As a Microsoft employee, using the Jumpstart program was the best decision I have made in years. The results I achieved at Jumpstart were incredible. Furthermore, it was easy to stay on track because of the rapid progress that I could see each week. After losing over 80 lbs in a little over 3 months I can’t be happier. It has been nine months since I started the plan and I’m still motivated to keep active, eat correctly and maintain my losses. I feel so much better than I did before. My only regret is not starting the program sooner.
