Quick Curried Tofu
Serves 3, 1 Protein box per serving
Ingredients
| 9 oz | Firm Tofu, drained and thinly sliced |
| 2 Tbsp | Low-fat Mayonaise |
| 2 Tbsp | Low-fat Plain Yogurt |
| 1 tsp | Curry Powder |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt and curry powder together and spoon over the tofu, moving the slices
around so that they are all evenly coated.
Bake for 15-20 minutes and serve.
*For vegan recipe use low fat vegan mayonnaise and low fat vegan yogurt
