Asian Salmon
Serves 4, 3 Protein boxes and 1 Carbohydate box per serving
Ingredients
| 1 Tbsp | Minced Fresh Ginger |
| 1 ½ tsp | Curry Powder |
| 1 tsp | Coarse Ground Pepper |
| 4 | 3 oz Salmon Fillets with skin |
| 1 Tbsp | Olive Oil |
| 3 | Green Onions, chopped |
Instructions
Combine ginger, curry powder, and pepper. Rub mixture onto flesh side of fillets.
Heat olive oil in a skillet until pan is moderately hot.
Add garlic and cook until golden brown.
Place salmon skin side down in the pan and cook, covered, for 5 minutes.
Flip fish and cook, covered, for another 2 minutes.
Add green onions and cook for half a minute.
